I understand the oven lockout feature is activated on your
range. Try pressing and holding the LOCK symbol for approximately five seconds.
A beep will sound and LOC will clear. The "DOOR LOCKED" will continue to flash
until the oven door has completely unlocked. Your range should resume normal

From what you have described your Frigidaire washer is not operating and it is displaying the word "lock". Typically, the "lock' stands for the control lock feature. If you look at your control panel you should see a padlock symbol depending on your model you should be able to hold down the button that is near that symbol for three to five seconds. That should release the lock if you need any further assistance please reconnect and provide me with your model number. You can locate your serial tag (which lists your model number) on the door frame of your washer. With that information I can better assist you. -Matt
