Vulcan treadmill I have Vulcan sprinter vu8602 Motor makes a whining noise and belt won't move

most likely cause is a burnt out motor controller, you'll need to replace it.

Because you are hearing the lift motor making a noise, it sounds like the gears in the motor are bad. The fix is to replace the lift motor.

It sounds like you have a bad bearing. If you are not familiar with repairing/replacing bearings on a treadmill, I suggest you contact NordicTrak and have a tech come out and repair it.
