First question that comes to mind is why you would want to have a machine if their is no service support where you live. I assume you have done the basics like taking hose off machine inlet and pointing it in to a tub, turn tap on and make sure there is a good supply of water. Put hose back on machine, fully open tap & start (on cold supply). Lift lid while it is filling. Check that a strong flow is coming in to machine. Then repeat with the hot tap. If water is only trickling in & sounds like it is struggling then more than likely it needs a new inlet water valve.

while under the lid there should be a tech sheet, explaining varions flashing light codes and there respective fixes for each instance, replacing tha switch(out of bal switch) seems like a good start though. cant remember if jumping it out will help, might be looking for a break in the line rather than continuity through it

Hi there
That fault is the pump blocked error (no change in water level).
i have a quick and easy way to solve this problem.
first turn the machine off then tilt the machine back and lean it on something(a chair or wall), look underneath, in the top right hand corner of the plastic outer boul you will see a small pump motor it has a fan on it spin this fan and if it is hard to turn that means there is somthing stuck in the drain pump keep turning the fan and try to free whatever is stuck in the pump, then try the machine on spin again all goin well the object in the pump should come out with the drain water(doing this will not harm the machine) if the object is still stuck you will need to get the water out of the machine (bailing or siphioning will work) and tilt the machine back again and take the wires off the pump and there should be a white tab on the boul holding the pump on pull this tab and twist the pump anticlockwise about a quarter turn(you will need a few towels or a boul or bucket to catch the water) and it should come off exposing the blockage.
Hope this solves your Problem.
Nick

Take the lid off, just open it & pull it straight up.There should be a little red button that the lid strikes against unless its a different model,in that case it has a magnetic reed switch under the right hand side of the hob.press this red switch instead of closeing lid,see if it fill with no problem.the lid may not be making good contact with switch..if thats not it then it may be the inlet valve..then you can try the hot,if theres no problem with hot then its the cold valve.

SOURCE: Fisher Paykel Intuitive Eco Washer - IWL15: what is error code 136 on a fisher & paykel IW...
fault code 136 is a hard one possible causes are faulty rotor speed sensor on motor, siezed bearings or rotor, motor windings ,or motor control module, would suggest you get a tech for this one to diagonse correctty ,without proper tools to test eg: rss tester you could cot yourself more money... hope this was some help....:)

Hi just read you posting.Have you tried the machine with the Efficiency button turned off?Has you machine got and LCD display or a series of buttons that light up?The reason I ask is, if you can select for your machine to fill to the top without clothes, then I have a way to remove most of the lint from your tub without removing the steel bowl. Please reply with the answers to the questions and I am sure I can help you throe this problem.
