I want to know new number from old cell number can i?

I have my friend's airtel phone number in india but at present it is not in use by him,he takes a new mobile number which i don't know.
By this problem we are not in touch.Can i find his new mobile number from old one? can i find that?
please give me my solutions please? His old phone number was 9853104926.

PUK codes can be obtained through the following ways - The PUK code is in your SIM card documentation Starter Pack.If you do not have this then -Please contact your phone service provider.
Your cell phone service provider can give you the PUK code once you give themyour account details and they have confirmed your identity.

My sim card (airtel ) has been locked due to entry of wrong pincode thrice and now it is asking for puk code for unlocking , but i do not know the puk code, so what to do now?

call the airtel customer care number from ur friends airtel number by telling ur sim number (written in sim) and mobile number to the officer.we can get the PUK code..then u enter the code it will open...

Sorry. you can not get your phone back. Not in India. What you can do to save it from misuse is that ladge a police report and send a copy to Airtel and request then for a new SIM this way you will deactivate the old SIM and get a new one (probably for Rs 150 or so). You must do it immediately before the SIM is misused by unscrupulous guy who found it or stole it. Try calling it at odd hours. Chap may respond.

Can i know the location of a airtel number 98789894109... this was the number of one of my friend and now his phone and the number has been stolen and the number is still running so can u pleae tell me...

We have no facility to do this for anyone. Rules in India are that you lodge a FIR with the police that you phone make and model so and so with IMEI number has been stolen and it had Airtel number. Then the police can ask Airtel to locate the number. No one else. Or best would be for your friend to dial 121 on airtel phone and ask them the procedure. They will block the number and the phone when the police asks them to.
