The error code "A06 403" on the RZ200 duplicator indicates a problem related to the master-making process. This error can occur due to various issues within the machine. Here are some steps you can try to proceed with resolving the error:

  1. Power Cycle the Machine: Turn off the RZ200 duplicator and unplug it from the power source. Wait for a few minutes, then plug it back in and turn it on again. This simple reset might clear the error if it was caused by a temporary glitch.
  2. Check for Obstructions: Inspect the machine's internal components, such as the master-making unit, ink cartridges, and paper feed, for any visible obstructions or jams. Clear any blockages carefully.
  3. Clean Internal Components: Dust and debris can sometimes cause errors in the duplicator. Clean the internal components, particularly the master-making unit, with a soft, lint-free cloth or a compressed air duster.
  4. Inspect Master-Making Unit: The "A06" error code often relates to the master-making process. Check the master-making unit for any signs of damage or misalignment. Ensure that the master roll is loaded correctly and that all components are properly seated.
  5. Check for Ink Issues: Inspect the ink cartridges to ensure they are installed correctly and have enough ink. Low ink levels or improperly installed cartridges can lead to errors.
  6. Update Firmware (if applicable): If there is a firmware update available for the RZ200 duplicator, install it. Firmware updates can sometimes resolve known issues and improve performance.
  7. Refer to the User Manual: Consult the user manual or the manufacturer's documentation for the RZ200 duplicator for specific troubleshooting steps related to the "A06 403" error code

D22-542 is saying that there's a problem with the printed circuit board on the print drum. It's not communicating with the machine. D04 -534 says that the incorrect ink cartridge is installed. First, is this a new drum you are introducing into the machine? if it is, not all drums are interchangeable. You need to get the right pcb (printed circuit board) for the ink drum you are using to match your machine. Second.. Something is mismatched here with the ink cartridges. The only way you'd get the ink cartridge error is if the drum is in the machine. I had this problem with a Rn 2130 ui.. I bought a used drum off e-bay and it wouldn't work. When I stole the pcb from another color drum it worked fine. If you have been using this drum in this machine before... be sure that the connection between the drum and the machine is good. Make sure you have the right ink cartridge too. Some of these aftermarked re-sellers sell stuff that doesn't line up with the tabs on the inside.. I've got some ink here that if you hold your toungue just right and turn the tube about 2 degrees it'l work.

Whirlpool washer GHW9100LW F02 code - -what does that mean?

F02 – indicates a Long Drain error (Drain Exceeds 8 Minutes) - Select 'cancel' twice to clear error code.

Note: You may see a "SUD" error code appear first during this failure.

This should change to the F02 error code after a few minutes.
1. Switch off the machine, unplug the machine from the mains power and turn off the water supply to the machine.
2. Remove the filter and make sure that the filter is not blocked and is clean and clear of all debris. Clean as required. Note that depending on the machine type you may get a lot of water coming out of the filter when you remove it if the machine has not drained successfully. Note that if the machine has stopped and not fully drained then you may be able to drain out the excess water by removing or disconnecting the waste hose and laying it on the ground in a tray. It may take a few minutes to empty but it will save a small flood.
3. Proceed by checking the drain hose for proper connection and kinks and make sure that it is not blocked.
4. Also check that the main waste drain pipe, if you use one, is not blocked and clean if required.
5. Reconnect the power and switch the machine on.
If the problem persists then do the following.
6. Switch off the machine and disconnect the mains power.
7. Check the electrical connections at the pump and make sure it is operational.
8. Remove the connecting hoses, and expect water to drain out and make sure the pipes are not blocked with debris or any object blockage.
9. Makes sure the pump appears clear and that the impeller looks in good condition.
10. Reconnect the hoses and then reconnect power and switch the machine on.
11. If problem has not been corrected, then remove the pump and check that the drive coupling to the motor is OK and that the motor turns OK. If all is well then replace the pump.
