This phone(Samsung GTC3300) has pre-installed themes. However there are no available themes that you can find online. Only Symbian, Windows Mobile, Android OS , etc. Still you can download wallpapers, ringtones and message alerts for these kind of phones.
* Reminder the sites that says they have Samsung Star themes are not true and will just waste your time

First you downloade themes in the Internet. You can search in google, type the model of your phone add the plus sign (+) then the word theme.
Then you can either send this file to you phone through bluetooth, if you computer has bluetooh. Or you can connect the phone to the pc or use a memory card reader so that you can save the downloaded theme to the memory card of you phone. You just need to browse through the folder you have in your memory card to find where yo can save the downloaded theme. I hope this gave you an idea on how you can do this.
