Go to your phone settings and adjust the pc connections.If it has been set to mass storage,then connect your phone via usb, and if it has been set to pc suite , then install the pc suite and connect it to your PC.
Hi, Make sure that your mobile is having memory card inside it and is working fine. Install the s/w came in a cd with your mobile phone. Just connect your mobile to cable and them to computer. If anything is prompted on the mobile screen, select file transfer/ storage / mass storage mode ( may vary and if applicable). you should be getting some extra drives in My computer, just like c:, etc using which you can access the files present in your mobile phone and can transfer the files to your mobile.
Please manually configure your PHONE with GPRS settings. Start > settings > connections > connections > Add a new modem connections. You can take the GPRS settings (like APN,ip address etc) from your operator.

run again your pc studio cd software installer.. by default, it will play and give the swf home page where there is an option for install usb driver. select install usb driver in order to install your usb driver but before installation disconnect your phone from pc and remove the usb cable. once it's installed, right click your PC studio and select open automatically when device is connected. >>on your phone, select settings,select settings for your pc connections, check ask for connections and reconnect your phone.
make sure that ur using the 2.0 port of ur computer
dont use front usb ports cpu. use rear ports. they are faster.

conect ur phone to usb. now without disturbing the connections switch off and then on the phone. now there may be chances.
samsung sofware could be corrupted due to virus on ur pc. remove all the viruses then freshly install suit
Uninstall every BT software you have and any Nokia PC Suite software you have. Plug in your BT phone dongle and let windows auto recognize the device. after it is done installing, then put in the Nokia cd. Do it in this order.
