Did you format it properly?

Usually MP3 Players are to be formatted with the FAT32 File System. This can be easily done on Windows.
Simply connect the Mp3 Player to your computer via the USB. Then Windows should be able to detect it just fine. Go to My Computer and right clock on the new device (that is the MP3 Player) and select "Format".
Format as FAT32 and try again.

PS: You may want to backup all data (if that is possible) before you attempt this Format thing.

Tried turning it on. It says there is no music, but there is.

Maybe it's time for you to upgrade to a new mp3 player. I guess the regular one you have right now is probably old. If not old, try to see if you can get the manufacturer that owns the product to see if they can fix the issue. If they are not able to assist, then maybe you can troubleshoot it.

Help!!!

It can also be caused by transferring DRM (Digital Rights Management) encoded media files via the drag and drop method. It is recommended that you use the drag and drop method to transfer audio files that are not encoded with DRM. If in doubt, use either Creative MediaSource Organizer or Windows Media Player to transfer your files.
To resolve this difficulty, we recommend that you format the player and transfer the content again. You can also download and install the latest firmware, and select the Format Data Area option during firmware update.
To format a MuVo player, connect it to a USB port on your PC. Open the Windows Explorer, and locate the Removable Drive listing and right click on it. Select Format, and choose FAT instead of FAT32 or NTFS. After the formatting is complete, make sure that you stop your player before disconnecting it from your PC (see above)
To update or reload the firmware for a MuVo player, select the model of your player from below.

This firmware upgrade only works with Creative MuVo Micro N200 players. Do not install this upgrade to other players.
You will lose all content in your player when you install the firmware. Back up any audio or data files in your player to your computer before upgrading the firmware.
Before installing the firmware, please complete the following procedures:
  1. Download the latest device driver if you have not installed any drivers for your player. The file name is MStorage_PCDRV_LB_1_07_00_250.exe.
  2. Connect your player to your PC.
  3. Close all active applications (for example, Internet Explorer, Windows Explorer, or Windows Media Player etc), as well as background applications such as Norton anti-virus applications.
  4. Double click on the file MStorage_PCDRV_LB_1_07_00_250 to install it. Follow the instructions on the screen.
To install the firmware for your player, follow the procedures below:
  1. Download the firmware update, MuVoN200_PCFW_LF_1_20_04.exe to your hard drive.
  2. Connect your player to your PC if it is not already connected.
  3. Double click the firmware upgrade file.
  4. When prompted to set your player in Recovery mode, disconnect your player from your PC.
  5. Remove the battery from the player, press and hold the Play button while connecting the player to the USB port.
  6. Continue to hold the Play button for about 10 seconds after your player is connected to the USB port.
  7. When the Find New Hardware dialog box appears on your PC screen, release the Play button.
  8. If this is the first time a player is installed as Player Recovery Device, Windows will find a Player Recovery Device (or USB Device), and prompt you for drivers. Click on No , and select Do not search. I will choose the driver to install. Windows will install the necessary drivers automatically.
  9. Double click on the downloaded firmware again (MuVoN200_PCFW_LF_1_20_04.exe) to update the player's firmware.
  10. During the firmware update process, make sure to check the box next to Format Data Area under Download options.
