When giving physical quantities you cannot omit the units. (an angle of 10 what). You cannot solve the problem fully because you are missing the length of the pendulum.
You cannot use any kinematic relations because the expression of the period depends on the assumption that angles of rotation remain small.
You will have to use the energy conservation principle. Assuming that the mass was released with 0 initial kinetic energy, the kinetic energy at the lower point (angle 10 degrees) is equal to the change in potential energy between the release point and the point where the mass is.
(1/2)mv^2=delta Ep= Ep(30 deg)-Ep(10 deg)
Once you calculate the potential energy (see screen capture) difference you will see that it is proportional to m*g, so the mass will cancel out.

It is a handsome longcase clock and rather elaborate - it would be disappointing to discover the weights and pendulum are merely decorative.

I have only encountered one similar clock and it had one battery to keep the pendulum swinging and another to power the clock. The battery had to be fairly fresh or the pendulum stopped swinging. The clock also had to be level or the pendulum stopped.

If you took the picture when the pendulum was stationary, the clock appears not to be standing vertically. It is important they stand vertically in both planes to the nth degree.
There is also a fable about a clock never being happy standing next to or hanging on an exterior wall, sometimes not such a fable...

I don't think the pendulum is the problem. I suggest you should level the clock (considering the shape of the case a plumbline would be best), fit a new battery and give the pendulum a swing - if it doesn't keep swinging, there is probably a fault with the motor.

milli (m) is "1/1000 of".
Kilo (K) is "1000 times".
So:

Mass: Volume:
1Kg = 1Lt
1 000g = 1 000ml
1 000 000 mg = 1 000 ml
1 000 mg = 1 ml
400 mg = 0.4 ml

Depending on what liquid you are weighing, the density / mass can vary.

If inkjet, I guess it will be similar to H2O.

If it sinks in water, it is denser.
If it floats on top, it's less dense.

Air bags release based on vectors and velocity. If you have a vector angle that is not acute or a velocity that is too low, the bags wont deploy.

Let y_0 be the initial height, which we set=0.
Let v_0 be the initial velocity, a the acceleration, t the time, y the position at instant t, v the vertical velocity.

y=v_0*t-(1/2)*(g*t^2)
At what time is the highest point reached?
At the culmination point (highest point) the speed passes through the value 0. This happens at the time t_c given by
v_0-g*t_c=0 or t_c=v_0/g
Substitute this value in the equation for the position
y_c=v_0*t_c-(1/2)g*(t_c)^2
this gives y_c=(1/2*g)*(v_0)^2
As you can see the mass does not appear anywhere in this problem. Both masses will reach the same height.

Depends on how long it has been travelling. If it is horizontal when it's been caught then ot must have reached zero velocity. No matter the angle gravity works at 1m/s/s. Do the math.
