Steps that you need to go through in order to fix a Windows 10 computer that is stuck in Safe Mode:
Press the Windows Logo key and the R button at the same time to open a Run
In the Run dialog, type msconfig.
Click on OK or press the Enter
In the event that you are prompted by UAC, click on Yes.
In the System Configuration dialog that appears, click on the Boot
Clear the checkbox beside Safe boot by clicking on it. This will change the computer's default boot mode to normal.
You can reboot your computer as you normally would, and that should let you exit safe mode. If your OS is damaged, you may be forced back into safe mode, in which case you would want to restore your OS from a backup.
