It's the EVAP system. Code is for an open or short to ground in the gas tank vent valve. Pin hole in tank might cause a P0442 for a small EVAP leak, if the hole was large enough.
If the hole is in the bottom of the pool it will be extremely difficult to find. I assume you have looked around all the sides for wet spots already. How much water are you losing? Are you sure it is the pool leaking and not the pump or filter? Look everywhere!
check for a pin hole around a hose clamp will be visable when engine is warm and under pressure. so have some one push lightly on accelerator pedal while looking at hoses and clamps look for a small hose as hell front center of motor area below where the carb would be there might be a small hole there
I have same problem where yoke goes inside transmission have a real small pin hole that is where the leak was replace seal keep leaking (((((((((yoke small pin hole)))))))
I really don't think you can dent the "Pumpkin" per se, since it's made of Cast Steel and that would mean its probably a crack... Do you mean the pumpkin 'cover' is dented and has a pin hole? Either way, if there is a crack/pin hole in the Diff, I'd be extremely careful.. And make sure the damage is minor since your dealing with something that can explode on you going down the road - causing the rear wheel's to lock up..!
If you're encountering leaks under the tank, most often it occurs when the water tank is not seated properly allowing water to drain out of the tank and into the base. You can easily fix this by following the steps below.
1. Please remove the water tank.
2. There is an access opening like a round hole in the base beneath were the tank fits into the machine.
3. Using an absorbent cloth material dry the water through this opening. Please be patient, it can take sometime.
4. Once the water is gone the machine will operate normally again.
There are alignment pins on the tank that fit into holes in the coffee machine. Make sure this alignment holes are clear of any debris. Coffee beans have been known to make their way into these openings. Please use a flashlight and a small mirror to see down into the alignment holes.
