Uberhaus 12x10 retractable manual awning from rona

You're taking the awning in you're retracting. It if you flip that and you go take a screw run to forward you're actually extending it. And that's it for how to manually override your awning.

Did you purchase it new? If so, the full assembly instructions, including how to assemble and attach the curtains should have been included with the product. If you purchased it new at a bricks and mortar store or through its online site, you should be able to contact the store Customer Service department and ask for a set of assembly instructions.

It seems that Uberhaus is a private label brand name for home products sold by Rona in Canada. If you purchased the sun shelter at a Rona store or the Rona website, this is the link to the Rona Contact Us web page:

Or, did you purchase the sun shelter second hand without the assembly instructions? I have not yet found the home website for Uberhaus, so you will still need to contact Rona Customer Service and ask if you can purchase a copy of the assembly instructions (PDF downloadable version - Adobe Acrobat Reader software, free, needed; or a print "hardcopy" version.)

Usual issue is a worn or misaligned flapper. Could also be worn parts in the fill valve.

I did an extensive web search for this manual and came up with no results as far as a downloadable manual. I did find the phone number to the company: 1-800-421-6247. Hopefully they can send you one.

The reason is because they built this wrong and Rona still decides to sell it. I have one in the wall that I am stuck with. Call up Mecanair, the rep for uberhaus and the they will tell you its not a mistake to have HOT water come out when the handle is at the C position.
