FP have a support site, However CD is not warrantable and is considered a consumable, unless it was a recent purchase and faulted on installation. Proof of purchase is required to have it replaced. Other than that you wiill have to buy another
The yellow triangle means there is no driver installed. There is 3 ways to get a driver. In most cases you right click on the hardware in Device Manager and download driver or reboot and Plug n Play should pick up driver automatically. If none of those work then the only option is to load it thru the add/removal in the control panel using the disc that accompanies the softeare.
remove the screws to your cd player and take this apart and remove the disk by hand and put system back together. It should work after that. I am a former tv technician. just be careful how you take it apart to put it back together again. do not plug unit in untill it's all done to avoid eye damage from the UV rays.
M-Error is a mechanical error and could have a multitude of causes.
just went through it with a TAD-5160 unit where it was a small slip gear moving a tin lever to ingage the transport sled to insert or eject the disk from and to the carusel. You may have to take the unit apart and asess the problem.
