With the headset off, push the intercomm button or SP-PHONE button, then once you hear the speaker is on do do this. Push the STAR sign which is * and then number 700 and your four digit extension. For example ( *7000422).
You can, but the real question is will it stay changed? The time is altered by CID or by manual change. If you change it and it changes back, then whatever transmits the time after 2AM is messing with the clock.
As a start try PROGRAM **1234 from extension 101 and dial 000. It will guide you through the sytem time. If it doesn't stay the next morning, then you probably have VoIP or some alternative box sending you the wrong time.
1.leave handset in the cradle
2.Press "Program" button
3.Dial *#1234 (star pound 1 2 3 4)
4.Press Sp-phone button 3 times
5.enter the correct hour on the dial (2 digits)
6.press the button (in the lcd window to advance to minutes)
7.enter the correct minutes
8.press auto dial/store button
9.pick up hand set/ hang up hand set.
Hello. You can change the time when you enter the User Programming Mode (this information is found in the Digital Super Hybrid System User Manual, not in the manual for the phone):
Press PROGRAM + ** + User Programming Password (default is 1234)
Press 000
Press NEXT (Sp-phone button) : The date will be displayed.
Press NEXT (Sp-phone button): The time will be displayed.
Use the <-- (Conf button) or --> (FWD/DND button) to move along the line and keypad to update
Press Select for AM or PM
Press Select for 12 or 24 clock hour
Press STORE (Auto Dial button)
Press END (Hold button) to exit
