I have a konica bizhub press c7000, we tried to print on matte vinyl that was supposedly rated to print on this machine. it seems like the machine gets too hot and melts the vinyl causing a paper jam. the paper supplier said to change the temperature setting, however i can not find this setting...any ideas?

You will need to go to the printers folder under Start, settings, & select the C252, right click on it, select properties & go to the 'Option' tab.
In here input the C252's IP address into the 'printer name or IP address' field and select gather option information.
Once done you will need to apply the settings and ok.
If you dont know the IP address you can get it by going into Utility, user settings, print reports, config page.
You should now be able to select the correct trays without errors.

What did the Technician say about the jamming?

If you are printing to a C350, a COLOUR MFP, you MUST have a controller to print from a Mac.

You can try using a Unix/Linux driver.

Please check the sensors and actuators ,open & close front door to reset nisfeed.Clarification Top feed = Automatic Document Feeder?If YES,please verify misfeed paper beetween coverplaten and feedbelt(Yellow).Is necessary disassembly the ADF.Good luck.You will find a little paper.
