SOURCE: have Bolens series 080 22

When you take off the carburetor initially, you should change the gasket if it tears or just old looking, your problem is in the carburetor, probably. Take it apart remembering where the parts go. There are some diaphragms or gaskets and screens on some, tiny jets and such that are inside the little "bulb" or bowl, that can usually be taken off with a 10mm wrench. They also have little fiber gaskets and a bowl gasket or o-ring that must be in great condition with no trash. Clean off with starter fluid or carburetor cleaner.

SOURCE: Looking for a parts supplier to source Murray push mower 22'' deck

Well I have looked at my suppliers and they are showing it no longer available. So you may have to search around and find an old murray mower that no one is going to fix but has a good deck. good luck.

SOURCE: wanted briggs and stratton 92908 manual

Find the B&S website and you should be able to download a parts or service manual.
Think it is briggsandstratton.com.
You will also need your type number (after the 92908).

SOURCE: weed eater 22" mower with

Hi stnstomper...

Look under the mower for a square plug or allen wrench type plug, this will be your oil drain for the motor.
Some of Briggs & Stratton motors do not have an oil drain plug...
If you do not have an oil drain plug then you will have to run the mower to get it warm, then remove the oil fill plug and tip the mower towards the oil fill plug to drain out the oil thru the fill plug hole.

How to remove drive wheels

Although I'm not familiar with this model, on some, you remove the center hub cap, and remove the bolt underneath. The wheel should slide right off.

You do not have to remove anything. Some have an adjustment at the top of the handle and those that don't can be made to work by shorting the cable on the top side or handle.

I have a newer 675 Brute Briggs & Stratton, 22 " Self Propelled Lawn mower. The pull crank has seized up and I cannot start it. The blades are not tightened up, nor is there grass or weeds tangled in the...

To start the engine you must depress the flywheel brake lever, located on the top of the handle of the mower. The cable could be broken or seized disallowing you to disengage the brake. It's designed for safety reasons so that when you release the handle the engine will stop suddenly. Also, if that isn't the problem, another possibility-kinda far fetched-is that the coil has come loose and has sucked against the flywheel magnet disallowing you to crank the engine. It's located under the engine shroud. One more possibility.....God forbid....the engine was ran hard without enough oil in the crankcase and is seized. Hope

Self propell wont work when wheels are in put in grass. I have changes cable and drive belt. what could be problem?

If you take off the wheels, you'll see gears inside the wheels, check for wear and tear. If their Ok, check the cogs and pins inside the cogs on the base (or chassis) for wear and tear
