Bizhub 350all key working touch screen not working

Remove the Compact Flash Cover. Located Right side next to where the network cable is installed. Remove the cover, using a small screw driver or small plastic stick depress black button gently. Called the Warm Restart switch.

When "." appears at the center on the left-hand side of the screen, enter "3" from the via 10-Key Pad. Enter the 8-digit service code and touch [END]. (Default value: 00000000) if required.

Touch [Touch Panel Adjustment] from the Initial mode screen.
Following the arrow mark, touch the four points (+) sequentially on the screen using a pen. DO NOT USE A SHARPE POINT!!!!!.

1. Press the Accessibility key.
2. Touch [Touch Panel Adj.].
3. Using the tip of a pen or similar object, touch the four crosses (+) on the screen in
sequence.
• These crosses may be touched in any order; but be sure to touch the center of each
cross.
• Use care not to damage the screen surface with the tip of the pen.

3. Press the following keys in this order.

1. Call the Tech. Rep. Mode to the screen.
2. Touch the [Administrator # Initialize].
3. Select [Yes] and touch [Enter]. defaults the PW 12345678

Need a new touch screen.One other option. Push utility/counter meter count then press stop 00 stop 02. Places machine in maintenance mode. Then press the utiltiy/counter will see maintenance mode press that find touch screen adjustment. follow the screenthen press start. T clear maintenamce mode and flashing start button. Power off machine main power left side of the machine to the rear.

Try this first if it does not work you need a new screen/control panel.

1,. Take a paper clip with machine on and stick it in the tiny hole on the right side of the control panel the screen will change when you see the screen with copiers and computer look under the computer on left side of the screen see a small dot. when it shows press the "3" key go touch panel adjust follow the screen see if that reset the screen if not need a new one.
