93,984 means: Cyan obstructed, reservoir not filled
• Check for ink spills around the Printhead.
• Check the Ink Loader for bent melt tips.
• Check the Ink Loader power cable misrouting around melt tips.
• Check height of ink levels in the head reservoir.

Our Xerox 8580DN is making a grinding noise when starting up and then it doesn't start up it state that there's a jam.

On the 8570 that is either a wave amp, the print head or a bad or loose cable in between.
Not a problem for the casual user.
I hope it's under warranty.

The error is a printhead tilt fault. It's unable to tilt on the axis, caused by a fault camshaft and process motor. The part you need to fix it is 8570-Z1.

Yes. If you press the login key( admin : 1111) then hit machine status(left side) there is a tab on the touch screen that says tools. If you go under fax settings or default fax settings it will be a option labeled as output destination. You can also find these setting if you type in the ip address of the mfp in your web brouser (same user name and password required). Hope this helps!
