I cannot format drive. it locks up the PC. I cannot transfer any files into it.
I can not download any music I have 3 of these I just bought for my children and the other 2 are fine but this one says no files every time i try to download music the computer locks up. I have scanned it and still nothing.

The mp3 player isn't found as a removable drive. It will not go past the RCA screen on startup. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it from the device manager, but it cannot find the drivers.
