If it is an actual Kreepy Krawler that Pulsates and you have good suction then you should look k side and see if something is stuck inside the diaphragm or if the diaphragm is torn then it has to be replaced.

I would check all of the Air Filters. On some models there are more than one and if one gets clogged then it will cause you to have no suction.

Check suction on bottom of vac. You may have suction where hose plugs into wall but not into cleaner. If there is suction there, than diaphragm most likely has a rip or tear in it. If no suction on bottom of cleaner, than look for a broken hose or an obstruction somewhere in the hoses.

Snaking the hose won't change the suction unless you pushed an obstruction deeper into it. Try dropping a coin through the handle and shake it through to the other end. If the coin stops it will rattle at the obstruction. If the coin passes through your issue is either and inlet with the door ajar or a loss of suction due to an obstruction in the pipe or a leak at the machine, either the gasket or filter or similar. Post back.
To test each inlet for suction, mark a tissue with a # for each and move your hose inlet to inlet , then go to the pail and see what came through.This will help to determine if you have a blockage in your main line or a branch of the internal piping.

Poor suction can be caused by obstructions, poor air flow or a compomise in the air flow (hole in the hose). Since you have started with that I would next look at all filters and clean them. First check for suction at the motor, then at accessory hose and then the base. this will lead you to a suction issue. If your baelt has not been replaced in the last 6-12 mo I would change that too. check to make sure your carpet setting is coorect for the carpet being cleaned.

Sound like you have an obstruction in the suction path. check the foot (bottom) check for suction at the hose for blockage. the blockage is where you lose suction.

If there is no obstructions, its probably the motor has burnt out or shorted, causing loss of suction. Good luck.

Please unscrew the hose connection to the back panel. Is there suction there while in the upright locked position? If so, visually check the hose inside for obstructions.
