Its restarting with it self when i doing master reset

no need to reset it because its frozen...restart the gizmo after you remove the battery, then restart and delete whatever program that is causing the freeze

You could try backing everything up and doing a master reset, but back everything up first (its so important I said it twice). to do master reset just dial *#7370# and accept. after the master reset you can restore your files by restoring it from the back up.
