Dog chewed through ignition and blade wiring on Poulan Pro Riding Mower. Does anybody have a wiring chart so I can replace the wires?

Engine kill when PTO engaged is an operator not in seat. Check/test the operation of the seat switch.

Did you bend the crankshaft. To check this out remove spark plug wire and tip mower on it's side and turn blade by hand and watch the shaft the blade is fastened on to. There should be no wiggle motion what so ever and if there is it may be bent causing the engine to not operate properly.

Are the battery termials clean and tight Check wire coming out bottom of shoud. May be unplugged.

Something may be wrapped around the blade shaft under the mower deck or maybe the shaft bearings are bad.

it is on the engine side of the two wire plug going to the engine it will only be a slight bubble in the wires

most likey you have a short . how do you ingage your blades by button or lever. if the button type look for a shorted wire . look for a bad wire some times mice get in to it and chew wires .

I have a 2007 pollan pro 19 hp mower that i have changed the blades on and they were not reversed threads righty tighty lefty loosey
