My Summer Infant Baby Touch monitor keeps losing its signal, the camera shows as being synched but I still have no picture after a short time of being on, and I haven't moved anything from where they were. Any ideas how to keep a signal?

if camera and base are within a few feet of one another does it have a problem obtaining a signal (syncing ) ?? as if it works ok then there might be a object that is getting in the way of the signal , radio waves move from its transmitter (camera) towards its receiver (monitor) in a straight line , if there is too large a mass in the way then the radio wave can't penetrate it and will be "lost" also ck both the camera's and bases battery levels (if they have one) for proper peak power level , as it takes energy to drive the radio signal towards its receiver .
Move the camera closer to the receiver to see if clears up. If it does then it is the transmitter being interfered with by another signal or the transmitter is not powerful enough and it could be broken
Step 1: Move the Monitor to the same area as the CAMERA. With the Monitor on, press the Menu button on front of Monitor and using the Scroll button move down to the "ADD/DEL CAM" option. Press the Scroll button to select "ADD/CAMERA". Step 2: At the same time press and hold the scroll button on the monitor and the pairing button on the CAMERA for at least 5 seconds. Then release. Step 3: You should then see a picture from the CAMERA on the Monitor. Step 4: If this is unsuccessful, you will see the message "OUT OF RANGE" on the Monitor screen and should repeat steps above making sure the CAMERA and Monitor are close enough to each other for pairing.
Turn on both camera and monitor. Bring the monitor close to the camera. Press menu button and scroll down to "add camera" Press and hole the pairing button on the back of the camera and press and hold the centre button on the monitor and hold for a few seconds. The monitor should soon show what the camera sees. Then just close up menu.
The camera is not transmitting an RF signal to the tv, check to make sure the camera is receiving power, if okay! the camera must be dismantled to see if any wires or plugs have come loose.
Keeping the LED monitor portion on the entire time sucks the battery pretty quickly on mine. It has an automatic shut off button but if you're like me, you probably check it constantly. I found that when I'm not turning on the LED portion and also turning it off when he's awake and with me, it keeps the charge MUCH better.
take the monitor to near the camera put the monitor to which camera say camera 1 and then on the camera there is a pairing button press it and thats it.
