it looks like you had saved all info on your old mobile memory,if you still have it insert the sim and transfer all details to sim memory.

First delete all contact from your sim. Copy all contacts from your Phone book of samsung into card card. now your sim card have all contacts of your samsung phone contact list. Put sim into your new mobile Sony Ericson and copy all those contact from sim into phone contact list.you will be doing this by go to copy SIM contact into Phone Book option in your Sony Ericson.
This can also happens: When you put sim in ericson and switch on the cell it will ask you to copy contact from sim to phone memory.here you can press YES and all contacts get copied in phone

You will have to transfer your contacts one at a time. To export a contact's phone number to a Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) card in a BlackBerry smartphone, complete the following steps:

1. Open the Address Book application from the BlackBerry smartphone Home screen.
2. Click the contact that you want to transfer to your SIM card.
3. Highlight the phone number you would like to transfer.
4. Display the menu on the BlackBerry smartphone.
5. Click Copy to SIM Phone Book.
6. Make sure that you are attempting to transfer the correct informaton to your SIM card.
7. Display the menu on the BlackBerry smartphone, and click Save.

if both phones are unlocked or on the same network you can do this:

take the sim card place it into the samsung, select phonebook, then options and find copy to sim or move to sim, I RECCOMEND MOVE TO SIM then click and select all contacts press that, all your contacts will then copy to your sim card, place the sim into your LG find phonebook, setting select view from/by sim card then move contacts from sim to phone should be tab saying move contacts from sim select that, select contacts, OK let it do it, then view from/by phone then all your contacts will be on your phone memory on your LG.. well usually before you add a contact it asks you where to save it to the sim card or the phone unfortunately if u save it to your phone you cant just pull out the sim and put it in the new phone you need to save contacts and anything els u want transferred to your existing sim card
