Ask the person who put it in there for it. It didn't get in there from the manufacturer.

The only thing you can do is reset the computer

Something to try....

Power the unit off (holding power button) and selecting Power off
Then simultaneusly hold the back button and on button for 8 seconds,the android icon should appear
Press back button
In the menu, select wipe data/factory reset
On the next screen select "yes delete all user data"
The next screen select "reboot system now"

sounds like a network card issue in netbook can you plug and ethernet cord in thats wired to your isp and check and see if you can get on that way ? if you cant then it inside the netbook now adays the network parts are included in newer motherboards even for netbooks and laptops. it might need replacing , another way is to ping, your ip address but you have to get it from your isp(internet service provider) here is a video i found to help you

You need to tell us what Mod. and Version of the printer in question you are using. Are you seeking Wireless or direct plug in via USB or what?

if you have forgotten the you need to remove the bios battery involves removing the case and unpluging the battery off the board. also must not have the battery or power pack on at this time. then the bios will be new.

Well, I did not manage to find the operating instructions or user manual for this device. But in the manufacturer's page, just below the Craig logo, there is a 'Contact' link that opens a window where you can fill with your data and request them a copy of the manual.
