How to open battery case on a Rascal 320

Remove the battery pack from the chair and turn it over. Make sure you do this on a flat surface. I usually put a towel or rag under it. Turn it upside down. You will have to use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the 8 screws on the bottom. Once they are all loose you will have to turn the battery case back over. The 8 screws should fall out. This is the reason for the towel so they don't bounce or roll away. At this point you can lift off the top to remove the batteries. Each battery had a sensor taped to the side. You need to remember their placement and then remove. Then you can remove the connectors from the batteries. You just reverse this procedure to install the new batteries.

I need to replace the battery case for my Golden tech liteway scooter. Or i need to see a wiring diagram. Can you help?

This scooter requires (2) 12 volt 15 Ah batteries. Typically you would open the case and replace the two batteries inside not the entire case and batteries.
Locate the screws that hold the case together and open it. Make a diagram of the how the batteries are connected. Obtain the new batteries locally or on-line, install and fully charge.
Hope this helps.
