I have Grand Wega KDF E50A10.
TV shuts it self off after about 2 minutes and then restarts it self.
This keeps repeating. Will not stay on.
No warning lights on the front are on.
This problem happend breifly about 2 months ago and went away on it's own.

Authorized sony repair center told me the problem was the Q Box. Ever
heard of this? Part runs about 300 bucks. TV is out of warrenty as it
is 2 years old. Do you think it is worth it to fight sony and get them
to replace the part or just fix the TV?
Part Number is A1167541A, service rep called it a Q Box in the diag, however the web says its the b block assmy.

The detail of your fault is given below according to the SELF DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM.
The description is given below:
6 : Low B error When no "DD 6V " is detected, pin 129 of TV-micro is low and it turns off the main power.
Suggestion:
This problem is little bit technically difficult, therefore i advise you to please contact any expert who can handle this or contact SONY SERVICE CENTER.
