Hi.
E10 means drawer not closed within the given time (in programming). if you have the drawer closed already, make sure all three wires are connected between the drawer and the register (one of them senses the drawer state). Apart from that, you might have a programming, or memory issue. Has anyone played with the programming?
If you are still stuck, let me know.

HI.
Error 2 means no clerk code entered. You need to log on to the machine with your clerk (PIN) number, then press the CLERK or CLK# button. Then it will let you make sales.
If you have trouble, just let me know.

Hi.
It sounds like a hardware problem, not programming. I would look at the drawer latch mechanism in the back of the drawer. Check the wiring to the solenoid (metal block in the back of the drawer). Make sure the drawer can be opened with the trigger underneath - this will tell you if the insert is jamming it, or the mechanics of the drawer are the problem. Apart from that, it is usually a drive fault in the electronics. Since this model is dying off rapidly now (the printers were a bad design by Epson), I wouldn't spend too much on it if I was you.
