hello, you have a either your su, sd or sc boards fualty and it is a driver sos1 thats what the manual reads the best thing to do if your not electronically inclined or able to fix it is to get a service manual and make sure it is for your specific model and size you will find what the 7 blink codes mean, on my side i have a 42 in pana the service manual for this set and your is similar so since it is not the same model i cant tell you exactly what the truoble is but your best bet is to find a service manual find the 7 blink fualt then without getting ripped off you will know what the service man needs to do if you dont know or cant replace the parts yourself that is besides having to download firmware from your computer to a sd card and update your set but you need to solve the blinking code first it may solve the entire issue. the tv should come on when you resolve the blink codes or replace the fualty board or boards

Forced to factory default: press and hold [VOLUME ( - )] on the TV and press [MENU] on the remote 2 seconds. Exit: Unplug Power to reset.

How many blinks is the LED showing? The number of blinks correspond to a service code so that technicians can better diagnose the faulty component inside.
I'm doing factual research for a potential class action lawsuit regarding these "blinking lights of death" problems that the Panasonic plasmas are showing. We would be happy to help you with getting your DISH Networkremote to control your Panasonic TV. We're going to start by pressing andholding the TV button located on the top of your remote until all mode buttonback lights come on, and then release. Use the number buttons to enter thecodes for your Panasonic TV; here some of the codes we currently have:512, 876, 780, 765, 689, and 819. Press the pound (#) button. To check that thecode works try several different functions on the remote to make sure it willproperly operate the TV. Remember that some codes may not be compatible withyour equipment.
