I need a track for a subzero freezer storage tray

It must be common as Wolf / Subzero have a page on it. There are some ideas including Sabbath Mode, but you probably need a call for service.

Double check your refrigerator setting, it should be separate from the freezer. Check the vent is clean. If it is still not cooling, set freezer to warmer, turn off the unit, unplug, wait 3 minutes. Restart and see if the condenser starts

This only sounds like a blockage in the condensate collection pan below each evaporator. Your model has a evaporator below each the freezer and the fresh food compartment. You will need to unplug the refrigerator ansd remove the panels covering these evaporators in order to see these condensate collection trays. Go to page 81 in the=> Sub-Zero_Built-in_500_Series_Refrigerator_Service_Manual.pdf You are going to have to remove these panels to understand what to look for when it comes to condensate collector pans with the drain in the middle bottom of each. I am pretty sure you are having a defrost drain blockage problem. Most defrost every eight hours and over a period of time the drain line that comes down from freezer into a cup like object top middle and back of the fresh food section. If blocked by gunk or ice you will see trails of liquid leaking down the rear wall of fresh food compartment until it reaches the crisper drawers. This is not always the same with every model as you may see frozen ice flowing down the rear wall of freezers on side by sides. Subzero freezer: We had all our drawers stuck, including the ice drawer. We turned off the refrigerator, took all the drawers out and defrosted the rails with a hair dryer. The ice drawer was misaligned, so we reset the allen screws on the left to be the correct width. All better!

make sure your ice tray in in the righ position. really important. the tray have to press the ice maker switch. or bad ice maker or bad water valve. also make sure to press the ice maker key. in the display. ONLY IN NEW MODELS

yes you have 2 compressor. ona for fridge one for the freezer..

buy the water valve and the ice maker. replace. water valve locate in the bottom part of the unit. remove kickplate. (left side blue color). ice maker little trick to replaced. (special the 2 screws in the upper part.) call 1800 222 7820. subzero. for your closest store

Unfortunately, you need defrost freezer - put freezer thermostat on OFF. You possibly got broken ice tray or damaged sliders.Or leak in ice maker area. Till you defrost that compartment - no chance to pull tray out.
