Go to the settings option and select the factory reset or master reset . it will ask for a password type 0000 as default . even if your issue is not solved then get the software of your phone updated from a authorised samsung service centre.

Go to your dealer and return the phone for warranty-repairs .. It's most likely some kind of software problem. You could also try your local Nokia-Service-Center, they're able to upgrade/reinstall your firmware/software without turning on the phone.
