SOURCE: Power indicator light blinking

it looks like the battery is defective. try reseat the battery while the power cord plug in to see if that help. if you remove the battery and leave the power cord plug in, the battery symbol indicator light will turn off. Time to order a replacement battery.

I recommend purchasing a new Dell Inspiron battery.
The code 4 blinking orange or amber and one green, means a defective battery.

SOURCE: Battery light won't stop blinking

your battery is not charging,use a old toothbrush and clean the contacts on the battery and do the same for the contacts on the computer.This should work if not you may have to replace the battery

If your laptop's battery indicator continues to blink rapidly in orange or red or if it remains red even when it is plugged into the charger, it indicates a problem with your battery or the charger.

Hi, The orange light in my canon ip1600 printer is blinking 5 times and green light once alternatively. Please give me a solution to fix it. What is the reason behind this problem? Thanks.
Probably your waste ink counter. Should be cleaned or replaced before resetting but usually you can get away with resetting once.
1. Start with printer OFF
2. Hold down RESUME and then hold down POWER
3. Release RESUME
4. press RESUME twice, then release POWER
5. let green light blink until printhead has finished moving.
6. Select functions below with RESUME, execute with POWER

0 presses - green light - Test Print (exit service for i960)
1 press - orange light - EEPROM info print
2 presses - green light - EEPROM initialise
3 presses - orange light - reset waste ink counter.

Projector powers on but no picture.
