typical British mobility not allowing use to have things like the wiring diagram of our scooters ie if we own a car we can not only get the WD but we can also get parts but British Mobility want to keep charging use outrageous prices
i agree but they will also have some commercial value however that's no escuse for rip off prices, my mission is to educate users, however extreme care must be observed, health and safely of the user most be paramount...

SOURCE: Need service manual or electrical wiring diagram.
one ofthe best ways to work it out is the find the motor controller, normally it's a black box located under the seat,
Now remember you have two wires from the batteries B+, B-, two wires to the motor, M+, M- and some smaller wires on maybe a ten connector block that leads to the tiller where the throttle on the handlebars is located.
Hope that helps

Hi. Do you need a basic wiring diagramme for the lights, motors etc. or do you need one for the controller? What faults do you have?
Fisher and Paykel sold their mobility scooter business to Plega Healthcare in Australia. Plega now no longer suport the mobility scooters.
We have some parts left in stock, and were an authorised service agent for these machines.
No one was ever supplied with a circuit diagramme for the controllers.
We do have all the service manuals here and have a full set of the fault codes.
You can email us at [email protected]
Good luck. Neil.

Hello .... I need some help with my mercury regatta mobility scooter ....... It's constantly cutting off over virtually every little bump and sometimes on quite flat surfaces ?? Is there anything I can do ??? Thank you
Hi Roy sounds like a loose connection , okay safely get the seat off the rear.cover so it exposes the batteries etc now get the rear wheels off the ground making sure the scooter wont move , now get someone to move the wigwag , throttle lever, while the rear wheels spin , start to wiggle the wires in particular the ones that connect to the blue controller , can you get it to cut out ? If check the battery voltage if the voltage drops below 20v the scooter will cut out. Good luck
