hi try to make to do again firmware update, something went wrong on the previous update. the orange light is on becaouse the printer firmware is wrong, is in the upgrade mode.
Please.
If you have any problem with any electronic device, DON'T try to solve this with a software update.
All updates have the same restrictions.
The system must have enough power to load and install the update (power cord is the best) and all systems should be working without any flaw. As soon as something is wrong, you can't be sure the update is loaded correct in the memory and installed.
Most factories, only release updates when they discover lots of bugs in the software. Providing the firmware comes with more warnings then I already gave.
If Huawei did not release any update, you can't find it anyway.
It proves the software does not cause problems.
If resetting the phone, does not solve the problem, you should contact a certified service centre.
You only can do little when you want to "reset" some settings. Like restoring default settings (page 58 of the manual) You can put back the shooting menu (Page 152 of the manual) and reset custom settings (Page 157 of the manual) If something went wrong while updating the firmware, you should try to contact the service centre closest to you.
Something went wrong during the upgrade of your firmware. If you were upgrading the firmware from Linksys website you need to call their tech support and have them replace it for you. If you were trying to hack it with a 3rd party firmware you probably need to go buy another one and maybe consider using the firmware it comes with. You cannot restore the device because the flash killed the restore function. Your device is cooked. Put some BBQ sauce on it and serve it for dinner.
Dont be panic.Just try flashing once again.I assume that you know the procedure well(If not, i can explain you).I also faced the problem twice.Dont skip any of the step and try....Please let me know your luck this time.I can still help you out if the problem exists further..;)
you most of hit some thing you wasnt suppost to if you hit the "fast sim" or "uart3" your phone is locked or "bricked" the only way to fix it is by downloading the firmware desinged to fix it as far as i know
It could be that the battery went dead while programming the phone....so you should take it to a mobile service center and have it check or diagnosed to determine what is further needed to get it working again.
i think the way by which i generated your mobile unlock code is not supported for your mobile ,if your mobile is not supported than i am sorry dear......try NSU if you think you can work with it,but be carefull to use it ,also search at google about jaf setup.it is also related to flashing and unlocking mobile.....best of luck.
