The oven light stays on at half power. When you switch on the light it turns on at full power. Oven stays warm even when all is tuned off.

What do you mean that it wont stay on? Does it turn off and on during cooking? Does it just go off and wont come back on? The oven thermostat regulates the heat in the oven and the oven element and the oven indicator light will turn off and on during cooking. If it stayed on constantly on full oven element power everything would burn.

keep turning the oven/grill selector past the temperature settings, it feels like it won't go any further but it does!

the internal pressure switch is stuck in position. its due to surface gunk build up. carmelization of oven debris.

the door switch contacts are stuck closed causing the oven to stay on.if you can access the door switch try to wd-40 on it.if that doesnt help you need a door switch.
