These small power washers are tricky. Keep working with it. It may just be waiting for u to squeeze the trigger to activate. Make sure you have the water connected and turned on.

Why is the GFCI outlet getting power, but still not working?

GFCI's have 4 terminals. 2 marked Load, 2 marked Line. The black and white wires from the power supply MUST be connected to the LINE terminals. The load terminals is where you connect the outgoing circuit (i.e. plug, light etc). Anything connected to the load terminals will be controlled by the GFCI, so when it trips everything on that circuit will go off until you rest it. The other light/switch cannot be connected to the GFI if you want the switch to control it separately.

There is no power going to the unit

Your washer has what is called a GFCI or ground fault circuit interrupt. Near the cord end there are two buttons one for testing the circuit the other for setting the breaker. If you push in the button to set the breaker and it immediately pops back up you more than likely have a failed GFCI. Check for voltage making it past the GFCI by using a voltmeter on the main power switch. You should have 110V when you test across the hot and common (white and black) wires. If not your GFCI is bad and will need to be replaced. You can purchase replacements directly from www.landanw.com. My K5.20M power washer won't start. Am looking

Make sure your extension cord is able to provide 13 amps or greater of current. The longer the extension cord the more current it requires to supply the 13 amps to your power washer. If your unit has a long extension cord it could pull more than the typical 15 amps used for a household circuit breaker. If you do not have an adequate circuit breaker it will continue to trip. Now that you have the correct power supply you will notice the GFI Test and Reset buttons by the power washer plug. Plug the power washer into the power receptacle which has live power. Make sure the power washer is off and then push the reset button located on the power washer plug until you hear a click. The GFI should be reset and you can now turn on your power washer.

Model330m no power

With the water at the hose bib on the side of the house turn on the unit and see if any water flows through. If not, clean the nozzle as it gets plugged up when not regularly used. Also be sure the REST button on the GFCI plug is pushed in.
