You don't replace the battery, it is a rechargeable battery and can not be replaced. All you can do is recharge it. To do this read the directions in the manual. If you don't have a manual you can read the one at this link:

Here is the user manual for the bluetooth headset.

User Manual

Pairing with the LG will be similar, your bluetooth settings will be under settings and tools, and either under "bluetooth" or "connections".

SOURCE: How do I put the motorola s9 hd wireless headset

Starting with your headset turned off, press and hold the power button for some 6 seconds, until the indicator light flashes alternately in blue and red. It is in pairing mode now. Then, make your phone's bluetooth application search for new devices. After a while the S9 should appear on-screen. Make it connect. If a paring code (or PIN, or passkey) is requested, enter '0000' (four zeros). The indicator light will flash some times and enter stand-by mode.
Hope it works for you.
Regards, Carlos

Changing battery in motorola bluetooth headset S9. Charge is drained in a few minutes.

If the new battery is not holding a charge, then you may have ended up with a defective one. Best bet is to exchange with another. Be sure and buy from reputable place though. Individuals will sometimes sell their old stuff on eBay, and due to lack of handling, show no signs of wear.

Will the Iogear GBMA211 Wireless Audio Transmitter (GBMA211) work with ANY bluetooth headset I have a Motorola S9???

No, it will not work with other headset like Motorola S9. The GBMA211 Audio transmitter is tested to work with the GBMH211 IOGEAR Bluetooth headset.

The GBMA211 was tried with the other Bluetooth headset but no success.
