A week ago I went to turn on the tv and the screen was blank. The cable box and the tv were on and I could hear the sound, but the screen was blank. When the tv is off the green and the red light are blinking. Please help. Thank you
I just went to turn on the tv again. The screen is still blank, but now there is no sound. Also when you turn on the tv, after a few moments it will shut off then on again. there could be a number of things effecting it.
check that your TV is not set to only go to the sound bar. This is like plugging headphones in your phone......the tv is probably still seeing the sound bar and the only way you want to hear sound.
try plugging headphone into it and see if they work through that
Check the cables, makes sure all connections are still snug. If your using HDMI, try swapping it out for one you know works. There are a lot of lemons out there.

this happened to me about a week ago. It was my cable box. If you have a cable box,unplug it from the electrical socket Wait about 30 seconds and plug it back in. give the box time to gather all info and then retry the tv.

Hello, if the model number is correct it's not a projection tv, but an LCD tv. If that's correct, it sounds like a bad main board issue part # is AGF31218501...thanks
