I have been reinstall my pc and lost my sound

You need to update or reinstall the driver for the sound card.Your computer manufacturer support and drivers will have your driver for the sound card if its OEM with your computer, or from the manufacturer of your sound card. Just enter your computer modal number find the right driver and install as instructed.
If this doesn't apply to you this is where I get my drivers link included. If you have a problem let me know make and modal of computer and sound card if not OEM. and I will try to find the driver. Please rate me mysleuth

This is generally a driver glitch. Uninstall the sound drivers from the device manager, then reboot. The machine will find the sound card and reinstall the drivers automatically. This should bring your sound back.
