Sounds like a loose wire to or on that motor or your motor brushes need to be replaced, both cheap fixes.

Invacare TDX SP2 Wheelchair keeps spinning in circles?

There are a few potential reasons why an Invacare TDX SP2 wheelchair might start spinning in circles. Here are some possible causes and solutions:
  1. Calibration issue: Sometimes, the wheelchair's control system can become slightly out of calibration, causing it to spin in circles. Try recalibrating the joystick controls by following the instructions in the user manual.
  2. Loose connections: Check to make sure that all of the wiring connections are tight and secure, as loose connections can cause intermittent issues with the wheelchair's operation.
  3. Wheelchair batteries: Make sure that the wheelchair batteries are fully charged and in good working condition. If the batteries are low or damaged, this could affect the wheelchair's ability to move in a straight line.
  4. Mechanical issues: There could be a mechanical issue with the wheelchair's wheels or motors that is causing it to spin in circles. You may need to take the wheelchair to a certified repair technician to diagnose and fix the issue.
If none of these solutions work, or if you're not comfortable attempting to diagnose and fix the problem yourself, it's recommended that you contact Invacare customer support or a certified repair technician for further assistance.

Jazzy lights blink six times then go off

this could be a right brake fault or a controller fault. Check and see if the right motor has been disengaged. The easiest way to chreck this is to try and push on the right side of the chair. if the wheel begins to turn then the motor has been disengaged and you should be able to re-engage the motor and stop the wheel from turning. At this point you will have to turn off the chair and turn it back on to see if the fault goes away. If that is not the problem then it could be a loose motor connection. Check all your wiring connections on the motor to the controller. The other problem it could be is a controller fault. check all the connections on the controller and the wiring. Turn it off and back on to see if the fault goes away. If the fault is still there you will probably need to contact a service tech for them to get on line with the controller and find the root cause. They should have the diagnostic tools to check this.

MPV4 - Right wheel is semi locked

Could be a number of issues here.
Caster bearings need cleaning\replacement
Fork bearings need cleaning\replacement.
Drive Tires could be too low and need air.
Motors were not properly mounted to gearbox and/or motor coupler is damaged.
Too much crud is wrapped around a wheel - obstruction.

The VSI controller isn't flashing a code so you are electrically connected to the motors, brakes and batteries. Problem appears to be mechanical - not electrical.

Red light flashing on joystick about 10 min after charging

Most of the time it may be the batteries at fault. One more thing to try is charging the chair with the Joystick on all night 10-14 hours uninterrupted charging. Your chair may suffer from current roll back. There is a circuit in your system that has to be reset by the long charge cycle to reset it. I did not make this up. it occurs when the motors over heat or have a a large current draw. the chair will operate normally for ten maybe even twenty mins. then suddenly drop down to 2 flashing red lights.

Chair won't go. Lights flash

Check your freewheel levers. They must be engaged or the lights will flash and the chair will be inoperable. These levers are under the shroud behind drive wheels. (One on each side)

First-on dashboard right hand side of steering wheel there are large (approx 1" sq) buttons-push to turn on-push again to turn off-for the rearwindow defroster, hazard flashing lights and....cruise control. Push cruise button to "on" and you'll see green lights on speedometer bezel light up. On end of wiper control stick on rightside of steering wheel-you'll find a pushbutton. Get car to speed you want-then push this button in. To turn off cruise control completely-push first button you pushed on dashboard.
