There are metal clips near the back wheels that go around the black plastic "axle" piece of the stroller. Squeeze the clip to the far side of the axle and the wheels will easily come off.

Thank you SOOO much! I'm thrilled that I can remove the wheels now! We got the Baby Jogger II as a hand-me-down from a friend, so we didn't have a user manual.

I am a grandmother left with the lovely grandchild and an in-line Phil & Teds buggy that I have no idea how to open. It's a black one if that helps identify the model.

Hi,

If you have the Sport or Explorer model, then if you stand the folded chassis upright, so that the handle is touching/near the floor, and front wheel facing away from you, on the right hand side (the joint where the chassis folds) there is a light grey button which you press in, then pull the front wheel outward and lift the handle bar up, this should get the chassis open. Ensure that the chassis makes an auible 'click' when opened, that way you know it's up properly.

Hope this helps.

How do I fold my jogger (The Twinner II-16). I bought it used without a manual. Can manuals be located on the internet? Thanks

There are 4 pins that need to be pulled. 1st Flip the stroller over and remove the 2 back wheels...sqeeze the metal piece by the wheel and pull the wheel straight out. Pull the 1st 2 pins, they are between the back wheels and the front wheel, on either side. The bars these were holding in place will swing up. Then pull the 2 front pins (by the front wheel) and flip the front tire up. The front wheel also comes off but isn't neccesary.

How do I fold my 2006 dreamer design double stroller

The older model joggers fold by separating the frame at the front wheel. Look behind the front wheel and you will see a black connection piece that disconnects the T frame. Release it and pull up/push back on the bar that goes between the seats. Once it goes flat, you can also fold this part onto itself. Please feel free to contact me if you need further guidance

I can't fold the buggy down!

First you need to make sure that the handle bar is in the top most position. Next the Front wheel needs to be turned sideways as you begin to lower/fold the buggy.   You must also watch the basket part so that it folds up and in so that it doesn't get stuck. I usually will also fold it forward and down so that I know the wheel and basket are in the right position.  When it is finally down it should clip into place. Hope that helps a little. :)

How to fold a quinny buzz

Hi, you can download the manual from the quinny website, but as a quick guide, the best I found was - first stand with your foot against the front wheel (so it doesnt move forward) then press the grey buttons on either side of the chassis and at the same time draw the frame downwards towards your foot, please remember you can only fold down with the seat in place if the seat is facing forward (ie baby facing outwards) it wont fold down with the seat facing mum, there are also demos on you tube, hope ive helped and not been too complicated :)
