Try to reset:

*#7780# (*#rst0*) - This will soft reset your phone. It is different from *#7370# because all data, like contacts, calendar and notes, are not removed.
It will only reset the phone settings, such as profiles, themes and shortcuts.
The default lock code is 12345.(Read Method 3)
or try this(But it will fully format your phone)
Method 1:
Three Finger Reset for Nokia Phone
1. Switch off your Phone.
2. Hold down the following three keys, Green (call answer button) * (Star) Key, and Number '3' key.
3. While holding The Three buttons, press the power button for switch on the phone.
4. Wait for the message 'Formatting' to the screen On Your Mobile and release all keys when you see that message.


Method 2:
Hard Format of Nokia Mobile Phone
1. Switch off your Phone
2. Now Press following key-*#7370#
3. Enter Default lock code is 12345.
4. While holding All of the buttons, press the power button for switch on the phone.
5. Wait for the message 'Formatting' to the screen On Your Mobile and release all keys when you see that message.

Method 3:
Soft Reset of Nokia Mobile Phone
1. Switch off your Nokia phone
2. Now Press following key sequence *#7780#
3. Enter Default lock code is 12345.
4. While holding All of the buttons, press the power button for switch on the phone.
5. Wait for the message 'Formatting' to the screen On Your Mobile and release all keys when you see that message.

Please Note:
The formatting method will erase all of your Phone data.
Please take a backup before you Format.

May i knw the reason of getting hanged in the middle of use and if i play the song in background it gets stuck...whyyy?

many times when any call is coming than ...all the switch r not working..
and when i switch off this cel...
all the sms r deleted from ite inbox..,,

if you know the correct security code, you can try to put the code by removing the memory card... It should work.

it can be the virus... try to format your fone mate... type *#7370# then your security code.. w8 until it reboots....

You need to update firmware version of your handset. contact your service dealer to update your phone firmware.

i think its a problem with ur power switch, or rubber inside it !
Check it out .. I think it dont cost to check it !!! It dont cost too much also to repair it !
