Reset the settings of the BIOS but make sure you know the parameters you need.

"System Options Not Set" normally means that the battery that maintains those options has gone dead. That's usually a 2025 coin cell on the motherboard.
I would replace that first thing, then set the BIOS options. Usually, there's another message that comes up, "Press F1 to continue, F10 for setup". F1 will let you system boot, most likely, but doesn't set the options. F10 (or whatever it says) will get you to where you can set the options.

It's probably connected on one of internal USB branches. Try to plug it in another, if not work... there must be a device hardware error.

Have you done ANY Updates, Upgrades? Have you tried a System Restore to a date before this issue?

The memory card might not have clicked into the slot , so remove and check the direction youhave inserted the micro sd card. Remove and push it to CLICK on to the latch , Now it mut be detected to open the files present.

There are several popular type of keycards in use and include the mechanical holecard, bar code, magnetic stripe, smart card (embedded with a read/write electronic microchip), and RFID proximity cards. The keycard is used by presenting it to a card reader; swiping or inserting of mag stripe cards, or in the case of RFID cards, merely being brought into close proximity to a sensor.

I don't know what you are doing, but my Nikon 4500 has a panoramic feature. It has nothing to do with the memory card. When you put it in panorama mode, on the second and subsequent shots, it shows about 1/3 of the previous shot in the viewfinder. You line that up with your present shot, and take the picture. The Nikon software, on a computer, can probably stitch the photos back together. You can do the same thing in an image editing program.
