If you are referring to windows installation disk, you can download the disk image from Microsoft website and burn it on a new optical disk.

Its giving the c31.00 error

That error means disc is not inserted correctly and if you are puting the disk in right and getting that
I would say somthing broke in the slot drive.

If xbox sead clean disk all the time on same game is the game broke

i think that you should take a good look at the game and see if there is any scraches if not then there is somthing wrong with your x-box

Go to the their website. http://www.vivitar.com/support.asp?model_id=

Put in your cameras model # and you should be able to download it. If not just call them and ask them to send you a new disc. They will charge you S&H.
