You might have to use pipe cleaners to get those clean or use a small drill bit.

SOURCE: Steam blowing out of group head

Were you using cleancaf to descale? If so, it is not a strong enough descaler. Use Dezcal. or a Dezcal cleancaf mixture. The two work great together.

Make sure you get some descaler in the solenoid area by turning on and off the coffee button.

Hope it works out for you.

SOURCE: brew group/dump box

Hi,

If you open the door, start the machine, take a screwdriver in the hole lokated in the left lower side and a other in the hole lokated in the right top corner. Now should the machine do her selftest and go back to start positions.

SOURCE: Saeco Odea Giro - Clogged and coffee come out in water tray....

This has happened to our machine that we use for our youth group. We sent it in and they said it was clogged also. Not having a clue what they meant. It happened again and I figured it out. When you remove the brew group there is a hole just above it that dispenses into the brew group. Make sure it is not clogged. Give it a try Good Luck

SOURCE: no water coming through group head

Remove the shower screen and clean. If shower is clean then line to head is clogged.

SOURCE: water flowing in steam -but not for coffee -the pump works...

I am fairly certain you have a problem with your solenoid valve. See this post.

It's relatively easy to fix, and you might get lucky and "un-stick" your solenoid like I did. The hardest part is keeping track of which wires go where as you disconnect them. I strongly suggest taking pictures and/or labeling with a Sharpie. Otherwise, if you're just swapping out the solenoid, my guess is it will take you about an hour if you're being slow and taking pictures.

I have a Nuova Simonelli Mac Cup 2 Group. 1 group works fine. 2nd ... NO WATER gets to the group head.

It sounds like you may have a clog in the water line or the tubing that leads from the water tank to the 2nd group head of your coffee machine. To address this issue, you can try the following steps:

1. Disconnect the tubing from the group head and the water tank.
2. Flush the tubing with hot water to remove any buildup or debris.
3. Check the inlet and outlet holes on the group head to make sure they are not clogged or obstructed.
4. Reattach the tubing to the group head and the water tank, making sure it is securely connected.
5. Test the water flow to see if it is now flowing properly.

If the water still does not flow after following these steps, you may need to disassemble the group head and inspect it for any further blockages or damage. If you are not familiar with this type of maintenance, it is recommended to seek assistance from a professional.

Take it in for service, you can't fix these machines at home.

The water flows very slow on group 1. On the other group it flows ok.

There could be a couple of reasons for this. The simplest could just be that you need a new group (brew) solenoid valve, yours might not being opening fully. You could also have a clog some where. Take the shower head out and soak it in PuroCafe over night. If that doesn't fix it you would have to start checking the jets in the head and or the tubing that supplies water from the heat exchanger to the groups.

Assembly

Are you talking about the handle?
Fit the spring in the indentation in the handle cup (just below the rim).
Then firmly push the filter inside the spring(you may need to give it a slap with the palm of your hand).
