NTLDR is the NT loader that loads the kernel.You may have a corrupt boot record. Re install windows is the simplest solution. You may be able to do a windows repair if you have the original OS install disk.

Yes there is always a solution for it..Try different web sites, and type completely in correctly the audio driver for the model of your pc notebook. Then pick the right driver for your m3s neo laptop. Type: Download & install free audio driver for neo laptop.
A simple Google search for 'neo gl31' turned up the most likely result (neo.com).
The GL31 isn't listed in their drivers so you're best hope if your OS doesn't auto-recognize your device is to contact Neo at this link: http://www.neo.com.ph/support_contact_neo.aspx
You need to do full system recovery to boot up your pc again. NTLDR is a hidden file that is needed to boot windows. Your laptop should come with a recovery disc to re install Windows.
