My EATON Powerware 9120 UPS 2.0KVA throws in the control panel the message "Low O / PV". I turned it off and I have removed the load, I turned back on several times and the problem continues. I need your help and if they had the outline of the power board please have fun. Thanks in advance.

You may recognize the product as the Powerware 9120 but Powerware was bought by Eaton a few years ago. The customer support team is most ex Powerware and are familiar with the 9120.

The Powerware 9120 UPS has been replaced by the Eaton 9130 (www.eaton.com/powerquality). You may be able to get some 9120 models from www.powersupersite.com. Just do a search for 9120.

Maybe you have many overvoltage situations at your area, that the UPS can't handle. It's a good idea to put before the ups an overvoltage protection or a stabilizer. Ask the manufacture for the overvoltage protection of the ups that can handle.
