I really don't know, however it may be better to create a group or mailing list instead, rather than to individually select email addresses

How do I send email to Undisclosed Recipients using Outlook?

Did you want to reach those included in a mass mailing you were a part of, you can hit reply all - but you need to be very very careful about that because that can be construed as junk mail and blocked by your provider. IF you do, use the BCC option.

Sounds like your Email has a set up issue. Check the Receive email setups under options. Make sure that you are able to receive BCC emails.

How do you send an e-mail ?

1) Click New in the upper left corner to write an email.
On the new page, click in the blank box beside To: and type the email address of the person you're writing to. Add addresses in the Cc: field if you want to send a copy of your email to anyone else. Others receiving this email will be able to see anyone listed in the Cc: line.

2) Inside Subject: give your email a title-then write whatever you want to in the message window. That's the big box below.
Sending is the easy part. Once you're done writing (and attaching photos or files if you want... see below), just click Send.
Here are some tips that can help you in the future:

3) Open your Address Book in a sub-window
Clicking To:, Cc: or Bcc: (see below) opens your Address Book in a sub-window, from which you can select recipients. Click Insert Checked Contacts when you're done.

4) Multiple Recipients:
Send your email to more than one person. Add additional email addresses after To: and separate them with commas (e.g., [email protected], [email protected], etc.). If you will be emailing this group again, you might want to create a category for them. That way, in the future you can send to the group in one click!

5) Bcc:
If you want to send a copy of your email to someone, and not let anyone else see that they're getting a copy, click Show Bcc above the To: line. Bcc is "blind carbon copy. Bcc: recipients are invisible to the To: and Cc: recipients of the email, as well as to each other. For example, if you send an email to [email protected] with a Bcc: to [email protected], you will see himself as the message's only recipient. You will also get the email, and she will see that you addressed and sent the email To: You as well.
Check spelling:
While composing and email, you can check the spelling in your email. Just click the Spelling button at the top of the page. If you want to localize your spell check to a specific language, click the arrow next to the Spelling button and select the appropriate language from the drop down menu.
Misspelled words are underlined in red. To view a list of suggested corrections for any misspelled words just click it!
Attach Photos and Files:
Click Attach at the top of the page. In the window that opens, click Browse to find and select the file you want. When you've got it, click Open. Repeat these steps to attach more files, and when you're finished, click Attach Files.

What does cc & bcc mean, on google they are boxes at the top of the form, i think they have something to do with the recipiants address?

Hi,

CC stands for carbon copy. It means that if you send
an email to 10 people, then all people who receive the
email will be knowing who else has received the mail.
For example, you send an email keeping cc to person
a,b,c,d,e,f and g . Person g will be knowing that
person a,b,c,d,e and f also received mail from you.

BCC stands for blind carbon copy. If you are the
sender, all recipients can't see whether or not a bcc
recipient is there or not. For example, you send an
email keeping bcc to person a,b,c,d,e,f and g . Person
g will not be knowing that person a,b,c,d,e and f
also received mail from you.

Both CC and BCC are used in the business letter.

Hope this helps.

How do I send group emails keeping everyones details private?

Compose a new mail. Just type all the email addresses, separated by comma, in the BCC box of the email. A BCC (blind carbon copy; also Bcc) is a copy of an email message sent to a recipient whose email address does not appear in the message. The emails will be delivered to all recipients keeping the details of every other recipients as private.

Hope it helps! Good Luck!

I want to send one email to all in one sending, how can I do that?

Yahoo Mail Composed have the options on how to send emails in one send. How! buy using you Address Book.
This Address Book are from your Yahoo Messenger. All the contact person are there and you are going to insert it by using cc: or bcc:.
What is this cc: or bcc:?

CC means Carbon Copy, when the message arrive it will show all the list of all the addresses that received a copy. And also need to notify everyone of a change, and let the others know has been notified by messages.

BCC means Blind Carbon Copy, essetially it's the same thing (multiple Recipients) but hides the additional Recipients list from view.

This will help you communicate for more email send in one click.

Good luck!

What's the max ms outlook bcc capacity

Microsoft has no published maximum. The capacity seems to be more a limit of your ISP, not Microsoft. If you get a 452 error, it's a server-side error being generated from your ISP.

Microsoft Exchange has a published BCC max of 5000 email addresses.

How to automatically BCC my outlook emails to another email address I must send copies automatically to my assistant..please tell me the steps in setting it up as a rule or whatever in outlook! Thank...

To automatically Bcc all outgoing messages
Outlook has a rule to automatically Cc another person on outgoing messages, but no equivalent for Bcc. This page offers two code samples for adding such an automatic Bcc. Both use the Application.ItemSend event, which fires whenever a user sends a message or other item.
Method #1 (Basic) This version is suitable for Outlook 2003 or later. It uses Outlook objects exclusively and includes error handling to avoid problems with an invalid Bcc address. Place this VBA code in the built-in ThisOutlookSession module:
=======Code Starts here Method#1======
Private Sub Application_ItemSend(ByVal Item As Object, _
Cancel As Boolean)
Dim objRecip As Recipient
Dim strMsg As String
Dim res As Integer
Dim strBcc As String
On Error Resume Next
' #### USER OPTIONS ####
' address for Bcc -- must be SMTP address or resolvable
' to a name in the address book
strBcc = "[email protected]"
Set objRecip = Item.Recipients.Add(strBcc)
objRecip.Type = olBCC
If Not objRecip.Resolve Then
strMsg = "Could not resolve the Bcc recipient. " & _
"Do you want still to send the message?"
res = MsgBox(strMsg, vbYesNo + vbDefaultButton1, _
"Could Not Resolve Bcc Recipient")
If res = vbNo Then
Cancel = True
End If
End If
Set objRecip = Nothing
End Sub
=======Code ENDS here Method#1======
Make sure you substitute the right e-mail address for "[email protected]."
The reason that this method is not suitable for versions earlier than Outlook 2003 is because it will trigger an address book security prompt due to the use of Recipients.Add. You could avoid security prompts by simply setting the Item.Bcc property to the desired address, but that has two problems. First, it would wipe out any Bcc recipients that the user might have already added. Also, in some Outlook configurations, setting Bcc without trying to resolve the address results in an unresolved address, even if you use a proper SMTP address; you'll get an error, and Outlook won't send the message.
