Make sure it's plugged in , and installed the software , if all else fails , try returning it if its still under warranty , if not well your stuck pretty much , btw is it being recognised by windows or it's just dead ?

1st You download Webcam Driver.
I have a webcom but i lost the driver
After this install the Webcam driver in the system.
Installation of Webcam Driver
Go to the control panel
Click on the System Icon
Click on the Hardware Tab
Click on the Device Manager s
Select the Unknown Device or printer device where yellow Question Marks sign on it.
Right click on it and uninstall it.
After this go to the top of the device manager and click on scan for hardware changes.
Driver installation Wizard start.
Brows Your Driver from the Hard Disk and click on next.
Driver will be install.

Today i copy with icons select arcsoft webcom companion.4 & arcsoft webcom companion moniter mode only move the place that property is deleted how can do open the web camera

Hi mmhaipriya...

Follow the instructions below to use your webcam
Click on Start then >Control panel>hardware and sound >device manager>imaging devices>web cam....enable it
Another way is to use a IM application like Yahoo messenger,NetMeeting,etc. They will have video capabilities that will work with your webcam.

Hello there,

Heres the link Driver.

1. Download driver.
2. Install Driver.
3. Follow on screen Instructions, After finish. reboot if required.
4. Open Amcap.
