Hi,

Follow the steps mentioned below to take a backup:

1. Download latest version of xs++ software on your pc and install it.

2.Switch off the phone and remove the battery and reinsert it once again.

3. Click on connect and then Connect the USB cable to your PC while holding down the "C" button.

4. In configuration tab choose GDFS tab.

5. Click Backup GDFS.

If you still have a problem then GDFS is damaged so your phone will not work properly.

reset the phone and try it.. For soft reset type *#7780# For hard reset type *#7370# and if it ask passcode enter the pass code as 1234 as default.Please backup all your data if you performing hard reset because hard reset deletes all data on your phone like contacts,messages,music,videos and photos.. this will fix your problem. if still having same problem means contact your service provider..

by changing the .dbk extension to .zip exe.. then open in outlook express

It could be the problem with software installed in mobile(FLASH). To resolve it you need to update the firmware with the help of Online Update Service from Sony Ericsson.

Make sure to backup the date on your mobile like contacts, messages etc..before updating it.

If it not works you need to contact Mobile repair shop to FLASH it again. It means they will refresh the software in mobile.
